I started The Practice of Peace as an antidote to the constant chaos many of us find our lives in. Between demanding jobs, being pulled in multiple directions, inundated with technological stimuli, and constantly feeling on edge, it doesn’t leave a lot of room for stillness and this is where we are able to connect to our true and best selves. In addition to my clinical and coaching specialties, I use this framework to help my clients integrate mind body practices into their everyday lives which in turn bring inner calm and create a ripple effect of contributing to the peace of whatever environment we are in. I feel so confident in this approach because of the positive impact it has had on the hundreds of clients I have worked with in addition to my own life. I can’t wait to be right alongside you as we embark on this new path together towards creating lifelong change.
